After a qualifying phone interview, you are brought-in to meet the HR director, but beware, she is easily distrcated by her phone and if she does not like your dialogue, completely tunes out. Overall, very disrespectful and then... they ghosted me for 4 weeks, then wouldn't give feedback, just that I did not get the job, in a templated email.

I was asked to give them ideas on how to improve Nakisa's reputation that programmers would consider them before giants like Google, Amazon and Microsoft. It's hard to answer when all the reviews online tell you NOT TO WORK here...
