By far the worst or, to be more accurate, non-existent interview process in my entire career.
After initial screening from HR (where the recruiter must have been half-asleep given I was asked things I elaborated upon literally a minute before) I was scheduled some 2 weeks after for a 40 mins interview with the hiring manager.
She called me 20 mins delayed, no apologies, mumbled something about the interview process to follow company's policies and asked me to get her through my CV. In the 18 minutes that followed till closure I was just repeating what was on my CV, no follow-up on her side whatsover, asked me only if I was experienced on a specific area of marketing -a plain "yes" would suffice I guess (although I tried to elaborate) and... that's that!
"You 'll be notified if you made it to the next stage next week".
Given nobody got in touch with me "next week", I reached out 2 weeks after only to hear that they decided they will screen for profiles more closely matching the (loose) requirements of the role -which was true, given the (same) job post was up on Linkedin again.
Honestly: such a waste of time!
