I will try my best to keep it short and precise. The whole interview process takes around 30-45 days starting from the English test to getting the offer letter. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE HR. They will be useful. Stage 1: English test- It is a progressive test; you have to clear each round to go to the other stage. In the English test there are 3 sub rounds such as 1 sub test- fill in the blanks (sometimes without options, it is fully grammar based) 2 sub test- comprehension+ fill in the blanks. 3 sub test- they will give 2 scenarios, and you have to type in the response. Once the 3 English tests are finished you will be asked to send your resume and the waiting period starts Stage 2: Interview- there are 2 stages here. 1 substage- They just talk about the job and ask for your small intro. 2 substage- Once you clear the 1st substage of the interview the HR will walk you through the last stage. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE HR TO THE LETTER FOR THE FINAL INTERVIEW. Finally, after the interview, next day they will call and tell the result. Tip: -Try to be grammatically correct such as punctuations, tenses, phrases for the 1st stage and for the 2nd stage its fully communication and how you talk with confidence.
