I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nanoheal (Bengaluru) in Sep 2017
Interview
HR sent a mail asking for an interview.
Interview was taken by some senior person who had no idea what body language is. Constantly pointing fingers at you. I was already feeling unsettled. Questions were average and answered most questions. They wanted to offer me the position and asked my expected salary. They offered a marginal hike from my current CTC and I politely refused. Then the brain games started. Your skills are not good. I rate you 3 out of 10 in PHP etc etc. Why would you hire me if I'm a 3/10 developer? Had a bad experience and I'm glad they did not offer me what I wanted. I'd be squeezed at work there.
Btw the same 3/10 developer is a tech lead in one of the MNCs just after 3 months of the interview with nanoheal. Advice to them- Please don't stoop low and put a person down
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. It can be frustrating when you're not offered a position and we wish you the best of luck with your job search. In our interviews, we take the time to go over basic job questions to get a feel for your skills and experience; these are in no way intended to make you feel tricked and we're sorry if they made you feel caught off guard or less skilled. I'm not sure what the ratings you're referring to are, but again, we hope you find a job that makes you feel like a 10/10.
