The interview process has been fantastic so far. It's very refreshing compared to other interview processes I've had thus far. HR is very responsive, and this is certainly not the status quo! Interviews with in-house employees have been extraordinary. Not only are they knowledgeable about Marketing but seem to be people I'd enjoy working with! There's certainly no ego with their employees, and this is so important to job satisfaction.
