Natera Clinical Lab Associate interview questions

First was a phone screen with the recruiter which lasted about 5 minutes with them only asking me if I was eligible to work in the United States. I then had a Zoom interview where I didn't know who I was going to be speaking with beforehand, and spoke with multiple people who had their videos off and I felt like they were disconnected from the interview with distracting background noises. I had to ask them to repeat their question multiple times. I never heard back from them after that. Overall a terrible interview experience.
