Very unprofessional hiring process. I completed several rounds of interviews, including technical assessments, an HR discussion, and interviews with the hiring manager. After investing significant time and effort, the company completely stopped communicating. I received no updates, no follow-up emails, and no response even after I reached out multiple times for a status update. This lack of courtesy and professionalism reflects poorly on the organization and shows little respect for candidates’ time and commitment.
