The personality of the hiring manager for this role was trash. The moment that I joined the zoom call they were so dry and had a huge lack of engagement. They had a personal call that came in during the interview and took a few minutes by muting themselves to speak to their in-laws. They didn't talk much about the role beyond telling me how different it would be in comparison to other Product Management roles. After the interview I knew I didn't get it when they said "Enjoy the rest of your 2022" I was then sent a rejection email less than an hour after the call.

The interview process consisted of initial conversation with HR, next was multiple behavioral rounds with TPM leads (including hiring manager) from different business units focused on different products and teams and finally with the hiring manager focused on making sure you will fit well in to the team.

Initial scoping discussion with a recruiter and then 30 min. interview with Product Director. Provided little opportunity to ask questions and get information about the position. Spent most of the time in an exercise scoping a theoretical product.
