Interview
I had an interview with a hiring manager then proceeded to 2nd round of interviews with a panel of 4-5 people including Associate, Scientists and Director in the team. Each interview was 30 min. I had multiple interviewers (primarily men) that interrupted me while I was trying to answer questions and seemed to have made a judgement about my abilities before allowing me to even speak. Moreover, the company/recruiter that I was mediating the process never reached out to me to even tell me that I hadn't gotten the job. The recruiter would schedule a time for a phone call but never follow through. I am okay not getting a job but its extremely unprofessional to flake out on candidates that took the time to interview for a position. It reflects poorly on the company.

Was reached out to by the hiring manager. There were three rounds of interview - HR and hiring manager, panel. Would've appreciated more transparency from them instead of keeping candidates hanging because they rescheduled the panel interviews multiple times and ultimately cancelled it.

Interview
Screening interview with the hiring manager, followed by interviews with the research team spread over a few days. The team was pretty friendly and there were questions about why I wanted to work at a diagnostic company and why my scientific experience would be valuable. The interview process was a bit slow and I didn't hear back for a week after my interviews were done. During that time I got an offer from another company and accepted it. I would have been totally happy working at Natera, it just didn't work out.
