Upon submitting my application, I was moved forward and asked to provide more information in written form. I then had a phone interview with the person who would be my manager. From there, I was moved on to video interviews with the team and a second interview with the manager. I did not make it to the final stage, which I was told would have been an in-person presentation on the product. Everybody was very kind and did a great job of asking me questions to determine how much I knew and whether I was the right fit to come in as an entry-level MSL without it feeling like they were quizzing me or trying to “get me.” The manager gave very good feedback on why I did not move on to the final round (they chose to pursue other candidates with a genetic counseling background, which I did not have).
