Initial call with HR and then panel interview with multiple engineer. There is supposed to be a technical interview with coding exercise with the principal engineer. This engineer was very unprepared for the interview. keep looking at his cell phone telling me he has another meeting. There was no coding exercise. He kept on asking me question not regarding my resume or my skills. It's basically what he has worked on previously. Very unprofessional! but everyone else was very nice during the process
