Interview
I had no interview process. A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. Come time to my interview slot, no recruiter contacted me. I even sent two emails, and no response at all. I was ghosted during the phone interview phase.
I applied directly on their website, a day later received a message to schedule an appointment with an interviewer. I wasted precious time researching this company's values and mission, do not waste your time applying to a company that does not value future employees. The interviewer called me late, could not give me a full detail explanation about the company's culture (work X years, response was we work for gynecologist and doctors). Even though I have the "preference skills", I received a rejection email the following day.
