The panel Interview process was awkward. The hiring manager sat in the room with the other RA’s which isn’t unusual but felt off because I feel that the other RA’s on the team could not speak truthfully about the team dynamic and their managers work style. I applied for this job multiple times and got the initial reach-out from recruiting after my 3rd application which I though was weird.
