I applied for the job. The very next morning at 8am, the HR rep called me and asked if I had time to talk. Thinking it will be a pre-interview get to know me and tell more about the job. She gave me no introduction and no email stating that she was going to interview me only what company she was from. She jumped straight into the interview and ask why I wanted the job. Why I was applying. Why am i the best fit. To me this was a HUGE ref flag.
