Interview
I applied online, dont remember how long after but got a call for a phone interview. I wasn't able to start in time for the first training week, so interview was cut short I was told to call back when I returned to the stated. When I return she was nice enough to actually pick up where we left off. I then went in for a one on one interview. When I arrived I had to take a mini grammar check. Had my interview meant with a few supervisor and interviewed with the manager aswell. I was noticified that night that I was offered the position.
Now I put that the process time is 2 weeks because you are not guranteed a position until you pass the first week training test, which is everyday. you have to average at 85% or higher. This is how they weed out who's here for the job and who's here to do what ever they want. Training week is fairly easy just pay attention and learn the company you applied for.
