      Client Service Representative Interview

      Aug 30, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Las Vegas, NV
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at National Debt Relief (Las Vegas, NV) in Aug 2019

      Interview

Got a call from a recruiter who informed me about the job details and to schedule my interview, about a day after applying online. I walk in 15 minutes early, with a resume and 2 professional business references. Gentlemen at the front desk hands me a formal application to complete and a grammar and punctuation test where there are 9 mistakes (Obviously the position trusts you to have decent grammar) Finished within 10 minutes, and turned it in to the front desk. Next, a recruiter approaches me and brings me to the “interview room”, which was quite small I should add. Waited for an HR hiring manager for about 10 minutes. Asked me traditional customer service questions, “describe a time when”, “tell about a time”, , the traditional interview questions. Asked about my job history, etc. Interview went for about 10 minutes. He informed that I’ll will hear about the “next steps” the following Monday. I heard about the decision via email and informed me that they are moving forward to other candidates. No reason given just that statement.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at National Debt Relief (New York, NY) in Oct 2017

      Interview

It was very thorough but it was a pleasant experience. First, I had a phone interview, then a 1 on 1 interview. Once I interview with HR they had me interview with a customer success manager. There, I basically went through the same interview I did with HR again. After that, I left and received a phone call the same day with an offer. Overall, I had a great experience, regular nerves but everybody was nice.
