      Aug 17, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at National Debt Relief in Nov 2018

      Interview

I arrived and I got an interview with a person that went well, they told me a person would come to have another interview in spanish just to test that I spoke the language, after this, they made me go to another floor and apparently the person that was going to conduct the interview was busy and they put me with another person who asked basic questions and explained what they do there. The interview method makes no sense at all at this company, if they will not hire you, they should not make you go to the next steps and to another floor to have a third interview, thats why the screening process exists, I was overqualified for this position and I did not mind not getting the offer but they should not make people waste their time , people should not be sent to another floor or another interview if they company will not hire them, i thought it was not professional at all and did not make any sense due to my qualifications, next time please dont make qualified candidates waste their time.

The training was 1 week long and I had to pass an exam at the end to get the job. Only people who passed the exam were hired and paid for the training week.
