First interview was with a recruiter over the phone and she asked standard HR questions. 2nd interview was with a sales manager via MS Teams and that was super easy, he asked maybe 2 questions, didn't even look at me resume (could tell by the questions he asked), so I knew at that point that they were hiring pretty much anyone with experience, or I didn't get the job and he was just going through the motions. I got the offer and then they do a background check with a 3rd party and they verified my most recent previous employment.
