It was stressful and long at the end it wasn't worth it. Pay was okay for 2019 but the stress you deal with back-to-back calls don't even make it seem like it worth it.

I didn't last long after starting once i got on the phone I quickly learned the pay wasn't worth the stress.
Simple, relatable questions based on experience straight forward to the point. Multiple interview process first interview for basic requirements, work schedule, experience, multitasking, and professionalism, and final interview for situation based.
I'm in the middle of it, but so far so good. It all occurred over zoom and was quick and professional. They were knowledgeable and friendly. It was an initial phone call, followed up with about an hour with a manager.
