Short conversation with the recruiter then emailed a technical test. I have a two month old at home and informed them that it might take me longer to complete the technical test, which I was told was fine.
Two days later after receiving the test I was informed that there will be a deadline for the test.
Technical test is a list of requirements that are not organized well and poorly written.
No communication from the team about expectations for the test.
No feedback or communication from the team after the test.
Should have withdrawn after the deadline was given. Really poor candidate experience.

Coding Assessment using VF page/Lightning. Telephonic Technical interview with Technical Architect. If everything goes well then onsite interview with Tech Lead again this is another technical interview then with Product Owner. And the final discussion with Company Owner.
