Only made it to the first round, but when discussing my background with the recruiter her attitude and demeanor did a complete 180 when I didn’t meet one or two of the qualifications the job required. Mind you I qualified for about 90% of the what the job was asking, but who actually qualifies for 100% of the requirements these days?? She also questioned me about a round of layoffs (caused by the poor market) at my current company and asked why I didn’t push back when clearly there was nothing I could have done due to budget restraints. That definitely turned me off with the job/company, glad I dodged a bullet!
