Everyone from the recruiter to the final interview was very professional and nice. Do not be freaked out over the assessment. The questions were situational questions. The last interview was very detailed but I have been in call center sales for over 8 years and was very confident that my experience was a perfect fit .

The first interview was with a delightful young lady. She was fast, articulate and straight to the point.
My second interview was likewise with a really nice young man. He was easy going and gave positive feedback to my answers. The questions were quite typical. He told me at the end of the interview that he was going to recommend me for the position.
