Easy phone interview. Face to face was joke. They're looking for dumb kids, preferably minority that they can hang with and mock clients and creditors together in between phone calls.

Handwritten decription of your best job experience. Clue - no one writes by hand at an interview or even any formal setting. Idiotic waste of time. They give you an un-lined blank white sheet to handwrite an exposition of unspecified length on your favorite job experience before they even see you.

I had three interviews in total, and overall it was a very pleasant process. The questions weren’t overly difficult as long as you prepare and research. Each interviewer was professional, friendly, and enjoyable to speak with.

Quick and easy short questions, they want to get you rolling quickly because it is a lot of information to learn and how to work sales force. Remote work for now since I been there.
It started with a small math quiz, then an interview with HR and a Negotiator manager. The next steps was a type of training seminar for 3 days where we were tested at the end of the 3rd day. Based on test scores, some were selected to be Legal Negotiators.
