Behavioral questions. They ask a question and you have to find a situation and describe it. Not very long. Questions were on diversity, teamwork, ethics, and safety. About 7 questions Total.

Interview
Interviewers made you feel very comfortable and even joked with you so there were some laughs. They ask about your past experiences, your knowledge on the job qualifications, experience in the software/programs for the job, and why you'd like to work for the company. Only downside is the hiring process takes a long time due to some delays.
