National Grid Graduate Project Manager interview questions

CV submission. Online assessment including video interview. Then assessment centre which took place for the whole day. The day consisted of an individual interview, technical interview and a group activity. I found it very weird that some of these tasks were assessed by junior members of staff (people who haven't even worked there 1 year), which I believe may not lead to professional judgement.
