I applied through college or university. I interviewed at National Grid (Northport, NY) in Dec 2022
Interview
Initial Hirevue screen, which was buggy at the time, and then an interview with the potential manager. The manager asked mostly behavioral questions, and there was not a technical portion, at least for my interview.

Question 1
What is one challenge you faced and how did you solve it?
I applied online. I interviewed at National Grid (Syracuse, NY)
Interview
Well structured, first phase was video recording of yourself so less arbitrary than live interview. There were 7 recordings you needed to submit to answer several prompt questions, followed by answering 2 timed “brain games” that IMO were a bit too short on time but were OK overall.

Question 1
Describe one time you had to learn something and how you accomplished it?
The interview process typically begins with an initial screening stage, often conducted over the phone or via a digital platform like HireVue, where you may answer questions related to your background, skills, and motivation for applying. If successful, candidates are usually invited to participate in further rounds, which might include video or in-person interviews with team members or hiring managers. These interviews often focus on assessing technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.
