Assessment Centre was a nice opportunity to see the office. Graduates and team were very friendly. Consisted of an interview, group task, and case study analysis thing which was a bit unusual (had to read some information about different approaches to renewable energy, then answer some questions and talk to the assessor about the information. Was a bit weird as it was a bit difficult to form an opinion on the information presented to answer the questions). The interviewer felt a bit awkward as they were just reading exactly what they had been told to say, but it seemed like other people had more interactive interviewers. Group activity was engaging, though I did find that many of the other candidates were very outgoing and clearly wanted to impress - no shame in this, just didn't experience such strong characters at other assessment centres.
