I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at National Grid (Waltham, MA)
Interview
First was a phone interview, which was all behavioral and not too hard. Then was invited into their headquarters for an in person interview. This interview day was about 4 hours long - first with an individual interview (behavioral questions, about 1 hr long - a lot of these questions were hard caught me off guard as they pertained to how you fit with National Grid's values) and then a group case study and exercise with other interviewees.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you were faced with an ethical situation - what did you do and how did you resolve it
AI interview for the first round that was behavioral but pretty specific and not a fun experience. Think we all prefer speaking to a real person. Decently hard to come up with examples in the moment as they were not prototypical behavioral questions.
I got the first round interview which is a online assessment, have 6 behavioral questions and 2 game question.
EG. Why do you want to work for National Grid? What interests you in the Graduate Development Program?
Tell me about a time you had to change your course of action while working on an assignment.
Tell me about a time when you set difficult goals for a project and the steps you took to achieve these goals.
