Attended assessment centre, where there was a 30 minute Networking session with graduates currently on the scheme. Fairly informal, good chance to ask questions only they could answer.
A 45 minute case study presentation, with the case study being about 9 pages long. Asked to choose one of three options and argue in terms of feasibility, cost, appropriateness.
1 hour interview, with 6 competency based questions and 1 business case question.
From my experience it felt like the interviewers were bored, couldn't really care less about hiring someone new or giving someone else a chance for that matter. The questions were so generic it didn't really prompt a conversation about NG and why I would've been interested in working there, felt more like doing a pre-recorded video interview (that was the level).
No feedback provided whatsoever, which I have to say I was extremely disappointed about.
