There is a video interview and then an in person one. The video interview is a standard one. No motivational questions were asked in any part of the application process. No motivational questions were asked for why the company or why the position.

Interview
First, I had a 1:1 interview with the manager, and then they sent me a small forecasting project which I presented to the team. More behavioral and technical questions were asked in the team interview.
