I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at National Grid in Apr 2025
Interview
Job description changed twice – unbelievably long process. Management seem inept and clearly lack any understanding of talent, strategy and commercial understanding. Do not bother applying here, it's a complete waste of time from start to finish. Nepotism is rife!
I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at National Grid (Warwick, West Midlands, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
applied for a graduate project manager role and the process was fare. I think a good interview process for a graduate role is being done by National Grid, they were professional.
