I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at National Grid (Durham, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was very professional and easy instructions to follow. Interview was broken in 3 stages. first stage was about previous employment and my current skills. Second part was a small task of identifying and how to minimize risks on a building site and third stage was a series of competency based questions.
