I applied online. I interviewed at National Grid in Aug 2024
Interview
Video interview followed by an assessment centre. Not that difficult and they tell you the types of questions that they’ll be asking as well . The interviewer is nice , just take breaks and gaps before you answer questions .
Online, 5 questions and including having to describe a time you had to adapt your plans, a time you achieved something u were proud of, a time you had to work collaboratively
Asked several questions that were challenging to answer. Others didn't seem to relate to engineering at all. Also required you to play games to test your IQ. Didint really allow to properly showcase skills or projects.

Question 1
