It was an extremely long process. 6 months. First time recruiters contacted me to apply. I was told not successful at the end, the second round another recruiter called and wanted to resubmit, told successful and then in the end told not successful, again. First time interview: there was a test paper to do then interview with reporting manager, then phone call with 3 different employees from different countries and pending final call with the head in Austin, Texas. About 2 weeks later was told not successful to proceed due to organization reshuffle. 2 months later was called by recruiters to help resubmit. About 6 weeks later to go into to office to do a test (personality quiz), 2 weeks thereafter called for an interview with the reporting manager and 1 month later told not successful due to organization reshuffle again
