I talked to NI at a career fair and a recruiter took my resume and had me apply online. Then, they emailed me about a week later to schedule an interview. Two NI employees were with me for the interview. I had two behavioral questions and then a technical one.

There was only one technical question. Create an algorithm to shuffle a deck of cards. First they ask you to pick the appropriate data structure and then make the algorithm. That's all they asked me.
