Contacted a recruiter on LinkedIn to ask about a position and after few emails, scheduled a call. It was the first round in the selection process that spans a total of three interviews: phone screening (in Spanish), HR interview and Manager interview (both fully in English).
Pretty easy and fast first round, they talked more than they asked, just explaining the role and responsibilities and asking few questions. It took around 20 minutes.

Smooth, was made comfortable by the interviewer who knew i was a college student so asked simple questions, even hr round and managerial rounds were pretty straightforward and clear, no such complications
Friendly, relatively easy. Not as difficult as other competitors. May have been easier since I was a student coming out of school and it was a past student. Very excited

Lasted for about an hour. Some basic behavioral and situational questions to start and then two technical questions. I submitted my resume to a recruiter at my campus's career fair and was offered an interview the next day. The interviewer was very nice. They want to make sure they have people who are excited about what they'll be doing - not just yes-men/women.
