Interview
I had a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter. About half way through, the recruiter asked an inappropriate follow-up question about a former employer, pressing for detailed information regarding a legal matter. When I opted not to share confidential info about an employer, the recruiter became very cold towards me. Instead of being transparent that she wasn't interested in pursuing me further as a job candidate, she set a time expectation for following up, then ghosted me. I'm thankful I dodged a bullet here.

Interview
Initial phone interview asked standard questions about acceptable commute, salary expectations and qualifications. In person interview was scheduled for 3 days later. The hiring manager and VP of HR interviewed together. The hiring manager reviewed the position requirements, typical behavioral-based questions and asked me to review my experiences listed on my resume. The VP asked more uncomfortable questions and was slightly aggressive.
