I applied online at National Vision. Manager called me the following day informal short interview in her office. I got a call the next day from her to start on the following Monday.
The interview process was pretty simple! I came into this job with zero experience and was able to pull from my transferable skills/experience during the interview easily. The conversation between me and the general manager was easy going, but some of the questions he asked were repetitive.
