I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nationwide (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2010
Interview
I first came into contact with Nationwide at a career fair. After an on-site interview at the fair, I waited one month before a phone interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. A few weeks later, I was asked to come to Columbus for a series of 1:1 interviews. In total, I met with 9 individuals before I was offered the job.

Interview
Because of COVID, I had a 4-hour remote interview with multiple people who would ultimately become my peers and manager. There was a 30 minute break to prepare for the practical part of the interview.
