The interview process was fairly quick. I was contacted by a recruiter and she asked me to complete a one-way video interview where they had questions that I had to answer, which would be recorded on my own time and available for the hiring team to review.
The next step was an interview with two people on the brand team for about 45 minutes. It was a very straightforward interview: tell us about yourself, a few behavioral questions, and time for my questions at the end.
I was then asked on-site for a final in-person interview with six people from the brand team. Each interview was about 45 minutes and had two employees in each one. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and personable. The questions were a mixture of behavioral and mini cases. I felt prepared for all of their questions and didn't feel like any of them were meant to be curveballs.
My biggest piece of critique about the process is for the recruiter. She strung me along for about three weeks after the final interview was done, saying she didn't have time to meet with the hiring team to get feedback, but she kept saying she didn't want to lose me and that the entire team loved me, so please update her with any changes on my end. Finally, she emailed me and said they offered the position to someone else who had accepted. This showed me she was not being honest about meeting with her team, and also made me question why she was giving me such positive reviews and making it seem like an offer was coming. I also asked for feedback on my interview from the team but none was provided.
