I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Navan (Amsterdam) in Apr 2021
Interview
I interviewed for Amsterdam office. The interview took 3 weeks from when I applied until I received an offer. Everything was planned perfectly with no time wasted.
First I had a screening interview with a team lead for half and hour. Then they sent me a business case to work on and later present for 2 data scientists. After the presentation, I had a technical interview and finally a short interview with the director of data science team.
Everyone was super nice and professional. Asked great question about challenges of data science projects. No tricky or useless typical interview questions. I have a strong feeling that this team is very efficient in their work.
