I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Navan (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
I had a four-part interview. The first phase, conducted by the Senior Recruiter, was courteous and respectful. The second phase involved an online assessment lasting just under two hours, which felt excessive in duration. The third and fourth phases consisted of hour-long Zoom meetings that felt more like interrogations: the IT Manager spent 30 minutes asking a series of questions laden with acronyms, followed by the Customer Service Manager presenting half a dozen scenarios consecutively in the remaining 30 minutes. It felt like there was an AI Screening tool such as HireVue that was used to help make their decisions.
