I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union (New York, NY)
Interview
Initially I received a phone call from someone in HR, they didn't identify themselves immediately.
They called asking if I was still interested in the job and to expect an email. The email detailed location, time and had attached forms to fill in.
A massive amount of the email focused on parking at "the Campus" and there is no immediately adjacent parking... it's all full. You might find a space on the upper floor of the parking garage, like I did.
The building had lots of people with NFCU lanyards watching from the windows above, I think the water cooler/coffee machine is there on that floor, I certainly hope they're not paid to watch people.
The reception had two non-plussed members of staff who didn't even ask for my name, one of them kept saying "Nobody tells me anything around here!" she said it 5 times in 20mins .
Monitors by the seating area that flash up adverts for new products, news etc that seemed to have a clear left-bias when referring to political news... so keep the MAGA hat at home.
The interview was conducted by a very quiet lady & an initially friendly guy who seemed overly animated and yet was covertly catty, often using the information in your resume to give normal interview questions a slant that downplayed your life experience, choices or qualifications.
He presumably thought I didn't notice so kept it up a little too long
There were basic interview questions and an exercise using information from their website following instructions as if for a customer. There were very clear errors in his instructions so it looked like you were getting it wrong when the system actually didn't work that way.
The interview was this mix of low-key cattyness and trying to tell you that the job will turn you into a couch potato as apparently there's no getting up from the chair and 200-400 calls a day.
Let's just say he didn't "sell" the job or his company and the lady who was with him said very little.

Question 1
Well we're 5 minutes over time... (looking directly at you and smirking) but do you have any questions for us?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union
Interview
The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
It was a group interview with two supervisors and a team lead, mostly interacted with hr dept. hr specialist fumbled entire process including pay and location I was to be working.
