I want to start off by saying that I have many years of experience in banking, a great resume, and awesome references. I decided to apply for the MSR position and within a week received an email from the recruiter asking for me to give her a call to set up an interview. I replied to the email and did not receive a response, so the next day I decided to call her and no response. I left a message and a couple of days later reached out to her yet again as a final attempt. She completely ghosted me, which is extremely unprofessional and in my opinion, that is a reflection of the company she represents. Even if the position was filled internally or a different candidate was lined up, a follow up email would have been appropriate. But to reach out and then not follow up? That is extremely poor form and unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union
Interview
The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
It was a group interview with two supervisors and a team lead, mostly interacted with hr dept. hr specialist fumbled entire process including pay and location I was to be working.
