I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union. I didn’t accept the position, I have no inspiration to work for a leader that doesn’t have empathy and respect for his employees.

Question 1
The level of unprofessionalism, far too much. I was excited to apply for this company as I have heard amazing things about their work culture. Region Manager not very personable, he was a jerk! (no other words to explain). He makes you feel very uncomfortable. Difficult didn’t find anything about experience based solely on “why do you want to work for NFCU” in three separate occasions. Complete joke, and just because I don't answer a question to someone's satisfaction has no bearing as to how I would perform at a job I've been doing for long time.
The hiring process was well organized, with timely follow ups and feedback. The benefits were explained in detail. I was impressed with the HR recruiter’s professionalism and willingness to answer my questions.
