I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union (Hampton, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I filled out an application online and received an email a few days later with an assessment. Took the assessment, which includes performing teller duties and two questions that you record on the phone. It was really easy. Then I received a phone call two days later for an interview. The interviewers seemed kind of rude and I feel like they made up their mind about hiring me before they even met me. It felt really unfair and it was most definitely a waste of my time.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union
Interview
The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
It was a group interview with two supervisors and a team lead, mostly interacted with hr dept. hr specialist fumbled entire process including pay and location I was to be working.
