It was one of the worst interview experiences I have been through. Interviewing panel and team is professional and great I liked the projects that the company was working on but the Recruiter/HR (Name rhymes with the company name also) behaves unprofessionally. Some instances during the process which I did not appreciate. 1. Do not value employees' time: The HR didn't show up on the first introductory interview. When I inquired about it by mail then she gave an excuse that a fire drill was conducted in the company and rescheduled it for the next day. 2. No Prompt replies/feedback/responses after the interview is conducted: There were four interviews in all one being the assignment which I submitted working overnight. There was absolute silence and no response from HR's end and they did not even bother responding about it and suddenly after 20 days I got a response that they could not follow back because of an financial audit which was going in the organisation which was like another excuse. At the final stage after all the interviews were conductor I received a mail from HR stating company would like to make an offer and I should submit my referees which I did the very same day later I had a phonic conversation with this same HR where I negotiated about the salary that they offered keeping my expectations and at the same time stating that I was flexible and open to discussion in it. After this discussion, there was again no response, I after a couple of days enquired to check if there was an update further here I was abruptly told that no written offer would be made and the offer has been rescinded. When I asked for a reason they said my salary expectations were a bit higher than they offered. Basically, they did not even present a counteroffer or mentioned that the offer would remain the same. I am happy I did not join the company as they could have stepped back at any time. Note: They are not at all prompt, respectful, and honest with their prospective employees please do not waste a month in interviewing in this organisation.
