      Learning Experience Designer Interview

      I interviewed at Neara

      Interview

Initial screening with a recruiter, an assessment assignment, then interviews with the hiring manager and higher levels of the organization. However, the assessment required skills and knowledge (probably several hours of effort and research if you don't have solid to advanced skills with GIS data) not listed within the job description which is a misleading and unfair hiring practice. I would have expected something to do with training, public speaking, or reviewing customer training survey or employee performance data to offer plans for improvements. I offered some ideas to the recruiter since I didn't get the job, but maybe to improve the process for future candidates. Being that the Learning Experience Designer role is being hired for the first time at this company, I thought they would have switched up their approach, good luck to those that interview with this company.
