I applied through the official website, and HR sent me an invitation for a screening call where I could choose the most convenient time for me (I really liked this approach). The HR call (15 minutes) was smooth - we had a great conversation, and I received an invitation for the next step within a week. The 1-on-1 interview with the team manager (1 hour) went a bit worse. The manager didn’t seem to understand why I was applying for the position given that I don’t have prior experience in the security field. However, I don’t see this as a major issue, especially since the position did not list any specific requirements in that area. I waited for more than a week and decided to follow up, but HR never got back to me, which I found quite disappointing.
