Fairly easy, applied online then a couple weeks later was replied back via e-mail to go through a 2 step process to gauge my interest in the offer while seeing if I was the right fit for the specific client I would be an Advocate For. I feel like their decision was made way before the interview that I was hired it was a matter if I liked how pay was done to confirm if I was hired or not.
